Where did these patches come from?
We know a lot of our customers are collectors. Perfect is important to them. We know because they tell us so. We also like to treat our customers the way we like to be treated. When buying an item for ourselves or as a gift, we expect the product to be in great shape. When filling orders for our customers, we set aside any product that has condition issues.

Here's the deal...these fine and mighty patches are not perfect enough for full price orders, but too nice to just throw away. Nothing too outrageous, or it would have just been damaged out completely.
What to expect? There could be a slight flaw in the embroidery, maybe it is missing a minor detail, has a small stain or imperfection of some sort. Maybe the patch is perfectly fine, but the packaging might be flawed in some minor way (or maybe doesn't have packaging at all - that's the flaw)!
Here's what you need to know: Shop fast as we have minimal quantities. Please no specific damage requests or inquiries, at these prices you get what you get! There are no returns. How to know if “Imperfect” is right for you?
Here’s a little test: At Halloween time if you go searching for a perfectly round and perfectly orange pumpkin and have no interest in a pumpkin with a little lump or bump, something that gives it a little more character, stay away from the “Scratch and Scuff” they are not for you!
