Shipping Info

 

Orders will be processed and shipped in approx. 1-3 business days on in stock items. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.

Made to order and custom products ship from a separate warehouse and have a longer processing time.

•          Metal Signs & Puzzles: 7-10 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

You are responsible for any VAT/Customs/Duties/Taxes, etc. that your country imposes, we do not pay for these charges, nor are they included in the shipping or item cost.

PRE-ORDERS:

Any items that are marked as "pre-order" will ship as soon as they are received in the warehouse and is noted on the product page. If you place an order with both in stock and pre-order items your order will be shipped complete when the pre-order item arrives in house.
