When will you ship my order?
- Due to COVID-19 and higher than normal order volume, in stock items will ship within 5-7 business days. If you purchase a pre-order item, it will ship on the date listed . If you order contains both in stock and pre-order items your order will be shipped all together/complete. Partial orders are shipped at our discretion and can be shipped at your request (additional shipping charges may apply). Some items may ship separately from a different warehouse and will be noted on your invoice. Can I use more than one promo-code or coupon on an order?
- No, sorry! Our system only accepts the first coupon or promo-code entered. Coupons and promo-codes cannot be combined.
What shipping methods and lead-times do you offer?
- We ship using USPS and UPS for our Domestic and International Retail and Wholesale Customers. Your shipping cost is based on your order weight and dimensions as well as the shipping method that you select. Once you receive shipping notification, your order will ship according to the method of shipping (and estimated shipping time that you select). We will ship most orders within 48 hours.
