Return & Exchange Policy

 

Retro-a-go-go! accepts return and exchange requests within 7 business days of shipment receipt, and only for defective items or an incorrect item being sent by mistake. If you believe that you have received an item that fits this criterion, please notify us immediately at customercare@retroagogo.com

 

Otherwise, all sales are final, and no refunds are given.

 

RETURN SHIPPING FEE:

 

Retro-a-go-go! is responsible for “the return shipping fees” in these scenarios only:

 

You received a defective item, or an incorrect item was sent by mistake. If you do not fit this criterion, then you are responsible for this additional return shipping fee of returning purchased items. If you are experiencing fit issues with your t-shirt, please reach out to us to discuss.

 

Please note:

 

  • Toys/Figures/Collectibles/Apparel: All must be in original packaging and apparel must be unwashed/unworn to return or exchange.
  • All sale, imperfect, scratch n’ scuff and made to order items (puzzles & metal signs) are final sale (unless defective as outlined above).
  • Sale items, limited editions & pre-order items do not qualify for return or refund, due to limited stock. Exchange items are not guaranteed in stock.
  • Retro-a-go-go! products are hand-crafted and painted, which does result in small differences between each piece making them unique. Variations due to the hand-crafted nature of the product is not considered defect or damage.

 

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If there is an issue with refunding back to the original payment method, store credit will be issued.      Retro-a-go-go! accepts return and exchange requests within 7 business days of shipment receipt.

 

In addition, if your exterior shipping box arrives damaged, please take a picture of the exterior box so we may begin a claim with the shipper.
