Gorgeous puzzle — expect delayed delivery though
Gorgeous puzzle. Too bad I won't have time to do more than look at it for a while. As a fairly regular customer I was surprised to wait two weeks for confirmation on delivery...only after inquiring why it hadn't been sent yet. I ordered it with plenty of time in advance to have it for a weekend away with my wife only to find out it would be shipped the day before I was leaving. It comes from a different vendor, in a different location, out of the control of customer service. So drop-shipped? Okay fine, but customers should be made aware of expected delays when ordering. To be clear, Retro-a-gogo told me only after I asked where it was that these items take longer to ship. Customer satisfaction goes a long way for customer loyalty. An apology would have been enough to stop me from leaving this, somehow scathing, yet 5Star review, or from googling everything I think I might order from this store in the future.
