Shipping Info

 

You will receive an automated order confirmation when you place your order. In stock items/orders are currently being shipped twice a week, typically on Monday and Friday's.

Made to order and custom products ship from a separate warehouse and will have a longer processing time.

• Puzzles: 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays)

Shipping prices are set by the postal carriers and cannot be altered or discounted, as they are based on weight and shipping box dimensions.

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email confirmation with tracking information (check your spam/junk folder too!). 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

You are responsible for any VAT/Customs/Duties/Taxes, etc. that your country imposes, we do not pay for these charges, nor are they included in the shipping or item cost.

PRE-ORDERS:

Any items that are marked as "preorder" will ship as soon as they are received in the warehouse and is noted on the product page. If you place an order with both in stock and pre-order items your order will be shipped complete when the pre-order item arrives in house.
