When will you ship my order?
We ship your order within 1-2 business days if item(s) in stock. If there are back orders we will email you directly with more information and a shipping time estimate. Some items may ship separately. For urgent or overnight orders, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org , or call (734) 476 0300 so we can rush your shipment.
What shipping methods and lead-times do you offer?
We ship USPS and/or UPS for our Domestic and International Retail and Wholesale Customers. Your shipping cost is based on your order weight and dimensions as well as the shipping method that you select. Once you receive shipping notification, your order will ship according to the method of shipping (and estimated shipping time that you select). We will ship most orders within 48 hours.

Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
Only Michigan residents are required to pay sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at 6% on the purchase total (before Shipping and Handling charges).
Can I use more than one promo-code or coupon on an order?
No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon or promo-code entered. Coupons and promo-codes can’t be combined.
Can I return or exchange my free gift?
Sorry, but our free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.
